IZUMI ORIGINAL Products

IZUMI ORIGINAL products are covered by a 2-Year Warranty from the date of shipment or according to the order agreement.

Other Brands

Other product lines are generally covered by a 6-12 Months Warranty, depending on the product category and order details.

What the Warranty Covers

Our warranty mainly covers manufacturing defects and quality related issues under normal installation, proper use, and reasonable operating conditions.

If a product is confirmed to have a quality problem within the warranty period, we will review the case and provide a reasonable solution based on the actual situation.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
