At IZUMI ORIGINAL PARTS, we are committed to providing reliable shipping service and a clear return process for our customers worldwide.
Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-7 business days after cleared payment is received. For some special products, customized items, or temporarily out-of-stock products, the preparation or delivery time may take up to 30 days.
2. Shipping Methods
We usually arrange shipment through reliable international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, USPS, or UPS, depending on the product, destination, and shipping method selected.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- USA: 2-6 business days by expedited shipping
- Other countries: 3-8 business days by expedited shipping
Please note that actual delivery time may vary depending on the courier, destination country, customs clearance, local regulations, public holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the product weight, package size, shipping method, and destination country or region. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout or confirmed before shipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply in the following cases:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address provided by the customer
- Remote or special delivery areas
- Customer requests expedited or upgraded shipping service
5. Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate, complete, and detailed, including company name, contact person, street address, postal code, city, country, and valid phone number.
IZUMI ORIGINAL PARTS is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Order Confirmation and Tracking
After your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the carrier name and tracking number.

7. Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, and other destination charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in checking the shipment status with the carrier.
For packages that arrive damaged, please keep the original package, product photos, and shipping label, and contact us within 3 business days after delivery.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled directly and will be handled according to our return policy.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date you receive your item. Within this period, you may request a return if the item meets our return conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item is in the same condition as received
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and unworn
- The item is returned with original packaging
- All labels, tags, and accessories are complete
- Proof of purchase is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Used, installed, damaged, or altered items
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Special-order or customized products
- Products no longer needed or ordered incorrectly by the buyer, unless approved
- Original genuine parts, unless there is a confirmed quality issue or shipping error
3. Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must contact us first to obtain return instructions and authorization. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Cost
Unless the return is caused by our mistake, such as wrong item shipped or confirmed product quality issue, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
6. Restocking Fee
A 15 percent restocking fee may apply to approved returns, depending on the product condition and reason for return.
7. Inspection and Return Result
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you of the result. Depending on the situation, one of the following actions may be taken:
- Refund: The approved amount will be returned to your original payment method
- Exchange: A replacement part will be arranged if applicable
- Rejection: The return may be refused if the item does not meet the return conditions
8. Refund Time
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

9. Wrong Item or Quality Issue
If you receive the wrong item or believe there is a quality problem, please contact us within 3 business days after delivery and provide clear photos of the product, package, and label. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution as soon as possible.
